• Delivery may take up to 7–10 days, although we always strive to deliver sooner.

• Orders can be cancelled within 3 days from the date they are placed.

• Shipping: We currently ship to the nearest lorry transport office/shed available to your location, as home delivery is not yet supported. We are working to enable doorstep delivery in the near future.

• Hassle-free returns: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery — no questions asked.

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item and it passes all quality checks.

• Please retain the original packaging and return the product to the same lorry office/shed where you received your parcel. This will help us process your return as quickly as possible once we receive the returned item.
